The shared kitchen had everything we needed, and it was lovely to talk with other travelers in the common room in the evenings. You can tell the people here care about guests and enjoy their work. We stayed at this hostel for a few days and left with such warm memories. Everything was thoughtfully arranged for comfort. A big thank you to the staff for being attentive, friendly, and ready to help. Their tips on places to go and things to see were invaluable. Alisa was especially amazing and friendly, we loved her. We’ll stay again if we’re in the city and recommend it to our friends. Thanks for the hospitality and such a good mood!

On my second day, Alisa took care of all the planning and logistics so I could have an unforgettable experience with Matias from Arctic Photo Experience. That turned a simple idea into one of the highlights of my trip. She also made the hostel feel relaxed and comfortable, and even showed me how to use the Moka pot for proper morning coffee. Now I’m thinking of getting one for home. I arrived very early, but she let me leave my things, freshen up, and relax on the sofa before my tour. Wherever Hostel felt more like a cozy shared home than a hostel: people who hadn’t met before watched Netflix together on the sofa, while others chatted in the kitchen. It felt welcoming and safe right away. Staying there was one of the most unexpectedly heartwarming parts of my trip. Alisa was laid-back and accommodating throughout. I can really recommend Wherever Hostel if you want a friendly, cozy place while exploring Finland. Alisa makes it feel like home, which is a rare and wonderful thing.

I only spent one night there, but made a really good friend. The hostel has such a great vibe that you don’t want to leave, and it’s super clean with everything you need. It’s a cozy spot for solo travelers, right in the city center and easy to reach from bus stops. Thanks so much, Alisa, for being so hospitable. Alisa, the owner, paid attention to every detail and made sure everything went smoothly so I could have the best stay. Wherever Hostel is conveniently located for the city center, and its distinctive decor and spacious, comfortable feel make it memorable. The large bathrooms and well-equipped kitchen were easy to use. It was truly incredible. Don’t hesitate to book, you won’t find a better deal for this quality.
