Such an amazing place, I’d recommend it 👍

For the price, the location is decent, though the cottage is a bit remote. Inside it’s basic, with a cramped sauna and no terrace. My experience with the customer service was stressful and upsetting. I got constant messages and remarks, including four reminders about final cleaning after I’d declined it as a service. That felt like harassment. Based on this, I wouldn’t recommend rukanlomat.com. The owner may respond to this review, but that would only reinforce my impression that the customer is treated as stupid and wrong while the owner is always right. For example, the shop didn’t have an electric car and it wasn’t charged, though the owner says it was. The owner also seems to watch guests on the surveillance camera: they pointed out that the hybrid car’s charging cable was connected to the car, which they’d seen on camera, but it wasn’t plugged in because a sign on the plug said charging wasn’t allowed. Life is🙏
