Hospitality was top notch, and there's free car parking. From the hotel, a private gondoli lift takes you to levi village, and you can use your levi ski pass for it. There are also stairs if you prefer. The hotel is right by the slopes, with ski to door access, and has a basement ski storage room so you don't have to haul gear back to your room. Bring one euro coins for its lockers. Our room was spacious, had a great view, and included a dryer. Breakfast was amazing, and the two restaurants also have great views.

We had a relaxing visit in the off season. The beds are by familon and we slept well, and breakfast was good quality with lots of variety. We ate dinner there on several nights and enjoyed it. There's plenty of parking, though I imagine it gets busy in high season. The 7level sky bar wasn't open during our stay. To reach the village, you can take the gondola or climb 766 steps.

The views are fab, and it's a great ski in, ski out option. Just bear in mind that if the Gondola isn't running, getting back from town means taking a €20 cab or climbing 766 steps.

A little quirky, but we had a great stay. The gondola pass they provide was handy, and the service was good. The panorama bar wasn't open, though. They've got the airport bus service sorted and a kiosk for check in. Kids can borrow sleds, and the breakfast buffet was solid too.

We were lucky to see the Northern lights from just outside the hotel one night. Its location is fantastic, right at the top of some ski runs, with a free gondola linking down to town after 630pm. The rooms were spacious and modern, the facilities were great, and there was a vast choice at breakfast. We had a wonderful stay.
