The place itself is pleasant, set among the trees. It’s still close enough to the main road that evening and early morning traffic noise took away from the stay a bit. Getting hold of reception can also be difficult. I saw several caravans arrive hoping to stay overnight, but after trying to reach reception by phone, with nobody actually there, they left to look elsewhere nearby.

For 35€+ you can rent a little one-room cabin with a bed, stove, and basic gear for making food. There’s no bathroom in the cabin, so you use the public showers and restrooms. WiFi only reaches the reception, which was a big downside since there wasn’t much to do in the cabin besides cook and sleep. They’ll heat the sauna if you ask, and there’s a very narrow forest river beside it where you can swim if you like. There’s one walking route, and you can also stay in an RV for a fee. Nice spot for one night, and I had a good experience.

The cabins sit on sandy ground, so you won’t need a compass to find yours in this small forest camping area. The internet is really poor.

Don’t pay ahead, this place is a scam. It’s out in the middle of nowhere, with nobody living there, and it’s very, very poorly maintained. I strongly recommend staying away.

The lodge was clean, with all the basic facilities, and the price was reasonable, even low. I recommend it!
