The people here are simply so kind. I missed my booked sauna for one evening because dinner conversation went on and on. The front desk person offered to let me use it the next day at no extra charge. The sauna was clean and really nice, and I also had the shower room, resting room and TV room to myself. At 13 euro, that felt pretty cheap. My flight from Turku airport was at 5:30 am, so the front desk person booked a taxi for 4:15 am and offered me a breakfast package since I couldn’t eat breakfast there. I travel fairly often, more than 30 days a year for over 20 years, but I can’t remember another hotel I’ve left feeling this happy. If I come back to Turku, I want to stay here again.

The hotel is very nice, with quality beds and great service. Its location is excellent, and the rooms are spread over two floors, so they’re easy to access. If it’s available, I recommend the Superior King room. The TV is a good size and has Chromecast and streaming apps, if you have an active subscription.

The staff were the friendliest, and breakfast was nice. Comfortable bed and a good shower.

The rooms are small but cozy, with comfortable beds and a great shower. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is ideal, close to the city center. The room looks out onto the parking lot, but with other buildings around the hotel, it stays very quiet at night.

I’ve stayed twice and was well looked after both times. The staff are really nice, and the beds are comfy. Breakfast is classic and fresh, with good food options nearby and the city centre of Turku easy to reach. For €12 per person, you get the sauna to yourself for 45 minutes, with fresh towels provided. Guests can also use the conference room free for up to two hours, and there are games in there.
