That was quite an adventure. My parents and I arrived at 8:24 PM and headed for the parking spot we'd been given. There were several floors of cars, a gate, and a code to enter. After searching for a while, we found both the code and where to use it. But when we reached the lot, someone else was in our spot. With a 60€ fine hanging over us, we didn't dare park elsewhere, so we called the help number. It took a couple of minutes to get an answer, and it was getting a little scary when they couldn't find our reservation at first. They eventually did, and we waited for a new parking spot number. While we waited, we tried taking our things up to the apartment, but there was another code for the downstairs door. We found it in the message fairly quickly. The apartment door was the big challenge: the instructions said to go to the website, enter the code, knock, and wait. Sounds simple, but it wasn't. After knocking for a while and getting black knuckles, we gave up and called the emergency number again. First they told us to try the same thing but push the door, which didn't work. Then came a message telling us to go somewhere, find a door and a box, enter a code, and take a key. It started to feel like an escape room. Eventually we got the door open, and the bed was waiting for us at 9:48 PM. After an hour and 24 minutes, we could finally get in and settle down. The room was tidy and clean, smelled a little like meetwurst, but you get used to it. The beds were pretty comfortable and there was even a washing machine. I have to say, that was quite an experience.
