I stayed twice, once in a single room and once in a double. Both rooms and bathrooms were very clean, and each bathroom had heated floors. There was a small fridge and TV in each room. The channels weren't useful, but YouTube worked, so I put music on. The temperature stayed below 22 degrees even though the thermostat could be set to 23.5, which was fine for me. Wi-Fi was very good, and the included breakfast was good and varied. The location by the central bus station makes it easy to get to the airport, other cities, and around Turku. The area itself isn't very touristy, though the attractions are easy to reach by bus or on foot. It's a good option if you're in transit. The thing I didn't like was the lack of a 24-hour reception. Arriving after 8 PM means collecting the key from a gas station across the street, about 250 m away. That's not much fun in cold rain.

The room was spotless and quiet despite being so close to the busy bus station, and the heated bathroom floor was a lovely comfort. Staff were very friendly too. They made us breakfast to take away when we had to leave before the usual 7 AM start, which was a kind gesture. Complimentary coffee and tea are available all day. Getting around was easy: the bus station is right next door, the airport is about 20 minutes by bus, and the city center is a pleasant 5-10 minute walk. Thanks for the X-mas Cookies !!!

Even my single room felt roomy and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I didn't get to try the buffet because the area was packed, but I probably should've gotten up earlier.

The room was warm, quiet, and clean, and they provided towels and a hair dryer. The price was affordable and the staff were friendly.
