The staff were so welcoming, and breakfast was lovely. There’s a real heart to this place, with a feel of the old days. We slept with the window open and heard only birds singing. It’s 8 km from Pori, by the Kymijoki river.

They made a good breakfast especially for my early departure, and the service was so helpful and focused on the customer. That kind of care is rare. A charming place.

My room was clean, and the service always seemed to put the customer’s interests first. It’s a unique historic house with a beautiful courtyard.

I was there for a 4-day course, and the friendly service stood out. The food was varied and delicious, with homemade gluten-free treats at every meal for me as a celiac. The homemade lasagna, bratwurst sausages, apple pie and pancakes were some of the week’s memorable moments. You can see the old days in the hotel’s outside and inside, and especially feel them in the good old customer service that big chain hotels can’t offer. 5/5 😊

Everything was clean, inside and out, and the service was nice and customer-friendly. A really nice farmhouse stay.
