I’m now trying to get my money back through Agoda after a disastrous booking. I asked the staff to cancel and refund me given what had happened, but they only processed the cancellation and seemed not to care about the refund. I’d booked two rooms expecting an easy stay. They asked me to move, but when I checked the replacement room, it had no key and the door couldn’t be locked. I went back to my original room, only to learn it had already been given to someone else without telling me. I was left with nowhere to stay. There was no accountability, support, or professionalism, and I was left to deal with the consequences of their mistakes. Avoid this place at all costs.

The room was clean and practical, with a pleasant feel and the basics I needed for a good night’s sleep. For the price, it was good value and about what I’d expect from a 3-star stay. Breakfast was the letdown, and I’d rate that part 1 star. There wasn’t much to choose from, and the food quality didn’t match the rest of the property. It needs some work to reach the level of hospitality elsewhere in the hotel.

The service was great, 10/10. We came twice to use the pool and weren’t disappointed. Lunch was lovely too. We had the Hawaiian Pizza and The Mozzarella Pizza, both 10/10. The combo comes with wedges and a 2 liter bottle coke, worth it!! Great place for families to relax and enjoy this holiday season. Highly recommend. Vinaka Tanoa😘😘😘

The nightly live music is awesome, love that guy! The staff were very friendly, and the room was serviceable in a convenient location. Just be careful not to end up at the Tanoa International. The free shuttle took us there, and we had to get a taxi to the Tanoa Skylodge.

Everything else was good, but the service was horrible. I was swimming in the pool when a staff member told me to use the other side because they had a function going on. I found that rude and annoying. We paid to use the pool.
