We only stayed one night, but the room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to handle a few extra requests. It’s also very convenient for the port and ferries to islands such as the Mololo Cat etc.

A lot of things around the resort and in the room were broken, including the rubbish bin, lights around the mirror, planks at the cafe, and the pool waterfall. If I want broken things, I’d stay at an air-BNB. Check-in and checkout service was friendly, but we had trouble with our key. The location is fantastic for the Island Cats, just a 3-minute walk away. The air-conditioning worked well and the bed was comfortable.

We loved the pool, found the café good and convenient, and the porters were lovely. The location was fantastic, with an easy walk across to Port Denerau, and the rooms were very clean. The worn towels were frustrating, though, with some frayed. In our 3 bedroom apartment for 6, there were only five towels at first, three in the main bathroom and two in the ensuite. It took two days to get a sixth, and after the room was serviced we were short again. We asked several times for another bath towel but ended up with a pool towel because the sixth bath towel seemed impossible to get.

Right next to port denarau, and we had the best time staying here! The apartment rooms are huge and really nice. GREAT HOTEL!! 😊

Our apartment was huge, with two bedrooms, a laundry, and a kitchenette. It worked really well for our small family, with easy access to the Marina and the dining options nearby. The location was also handy for our early morning South Seas cruises transfer to the islands.
