Gold Coast Inn

The food was always delicious, and the employees were so warm and kind, you can tell they really try hard for you. I spent three beautiful days at Gold Coast. Across the island, about a 20-minute walk away, there’s a really quiet, gorgeous beach with lovely coral and lots of colorful fish. I’d absolutely recommend staying here for an authentic Fiji experience.

We were lucky to spend some time in this remote, authentic place and experience the beautiful lifestyle. Illi and John made us feel at home, and they’re fantastic cooks, so we ate really well. The views were amazing, and even though we had the dorm to ourselves, we found the beds comfortable and the shower and bathrooms very clean and useful. The Yasawa Flyer stops here last, so you can feel pretty smug knowing you’ve got the nicest place to stay. Thank you, Illi and John, for a wonderful time. Emily and Sam

We spent six nights in the private beach bungalow, and it was a great place to stay in the Yasawa’s. The food was amazing too. This is the Fijian paradise you’re looking for. Jon and Ily, thank you so much for your hospitality.

The best beach is across the island, about a 25-minute walk through it, and definitely worth going to. There’s also a nice beach right in front of the dorm. A lovely couple serves fresh fruit and delicious meals. For me, Gold Coast Inn is the best authentic stay in the Yasawa Islands. If you want somewhere peaceful and genuine and don’t mind a little less comfort than usual, I’d really recommend it.
