Yatule Resort & Spa

The drive from Nadi was easy, and the rooms were very nice. My wife and I stayed two nights on our recent trip to Fiji, and would have stayed longer if we hadn't already made plans with fixed travel dates. Kayaks and snorkeling gear were free to use. We picked up takeaway at the Intercontinental and enjoyed walking along their beach looking for places to snorkel, though they were pretty strict about keeping people off the grounds.

The beach was right outside our door, with crystal-clear water, and the whole place was so peaceful. It didn't feel like a party destination at all, and we really enjoyed the quiet. The food was always delicious and plentiful, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The heartfelt-sounding farewell song at checkout was a sweet touch. We stayed in a deluxe oceanfront bure in mid October 2025. It seemed to have been renovated recently, with comfortable, tasteful decor and plenty of room for the two of us. The location was amazing. We'd definitely return.

A calm, secluded-feeling place to switch off from busy Denarau/Nadi. The resort had a lovely quiet vibe, and the staff were accommodating and welcoming throughout. Special thanks to Remy in the restaurant and Tupa in guest services, along with everyone else who looked after us. Our ocean-view bungalow was amazing, clean, spacious, and well equipped with great amenities. The restaurant food was delicious, too.

We left a little disappointed. The place wasn't as peaceful or relaxing as we'd hoped. There were a lot of staff around, which was noticeable, and stall holders approached us on the nice beach to offer horse rides and massages, making it harder to unwind. The food was good with enough options, but the morning singing got loud and repetitive after a couple of days. Service was hit and miss: staff often forgot what we'd ordered, and the wrong food or drinks came out. Our bure was smaller than expected and joined to another one-bedroom unit, so we could hear everything next door. Though it was advertised as an ocean view, it sat behind the pool, most bures faced the same way, and there wasn't much privacy. The fridge didn't work, and the maintenance and room finishes felt below standard. Maybe we expected too much.
