Tokatoka Resort Hotel

A decent place to relax and unwind, and only a five minute walk from the airport. You hardly hear the planes. The staff are friendly and it was clean. The room is a little dated, but that’s part of its charm. Breakfast was lacking, though manageable if you don’t expect much. Wifi can be unstable at times.

The pool and water slide were great, and the staff were friendly. My room was very dark, with no natural light, and the facilities felt clean but a bit tired. Food was expensive and the choices were limited. It’s close to the airport, with a free shuttle, though it was slow to arrive.

I first stayed at Tokatoka as a child 25 years ago, and it still looks great. It’s one of Nadi’s classic quality resorts and a solid 3-4 star choice for travellers. My gripes were that the rooms were small even for one or two people, despite looking larger in the advertising and on the website, and they didn’t have a QR code for room service.

For the price, this was a great stay. The gardens and landscaping are nicely maintained, the rooms are clean and simple, and there’s a nice pool and breakfast. Everyone at Tokatoka was lovely. Thank you!
