There was plenty of space in the rooms, but they need a serious refresh. The carpet and blanket were badly stained, the fridge stopped working when the key card was removed, and one window had cracked glass. The place just didn't feel clean. All the signs telling guests what to do and not do made me wonder what sort of guests usually stay here. With a renovation, this hotel could be great.

The artwork throughout the property was a real highlight and made the stay memorable. It was quiet and felt safe, though the hotel was a little hard to find, and some taxi drivers or locals may not know it. My visit was only one night, so this is based on a short stay. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-kept. There weren't many forks or plates, and the air-conditioning took a while to cool the room. Ask reception for the Wi-Fi password when you check in. Staff were relaxed and seemed a bit tired, and they weren't especially chatty, but they helped when needed. I'd recommend it if you want a peaceful place where guests give each other space.

Victoria Palm Experience I didn't stay overnight, but using the conference facilities made me want to share some feedback. The small conference room was quite narrow, and disability access hadn't been considered at all. The meal area is fine unless it's a hot day. There's plenty of room for improvement.

The poor cleanliness made for a very disappointing stay. It was extremely frustrating.

Convenient location and a good stay. The room was clean, and there was hot water. I recommend it.
