The sofa bed was disgusting, the room felt cramped, and the customer service was rude. I booked through Booking.com, then got told just two days before traveling that I had to pay a €200 deposit. I only managed to stay one night, though I paid for four, and I'm still waiting for my deposit back. Staying at residence Le port was a terrible experience. It felt like customers were being taken advantage of.

The staff were so kind and attentive, and they helped make our holiday week wonderful. The hotel is fantastic and just a few steps from the port. After parking the car, we could explore plenty on foot.

The location is nice, which makes the rest a shame. The rooms are small and mediocre, the hallway carpets smell awful, and the towels and shower gel are poor quality. Breakfast costs a lot for just one croissant and two slices of bread per person. We stayed two nights, and all they seemed to do with the bed was fold down the duvet. Very disappointing, and it doesn't deserve three stars.
