The room was nowhere near a basic standard and didn’t match what had been offered. I could barely imagine staying in it. When I raised the problem, there was no empathy and no real effort to sort it out. The way guests are treated here is unacceptable, and I’d strongly tell others to steer clear.

Everyone was welcoming, from the central reservations team to reception, and Le Snoroc was lovely throughout. We’ve now stayed with Terrésens three times, each at a different place, and enjoyed every visit. The facilities are modern and work well for families. Great for winter sports.

Clean and comfortable, with a really good spot for skiing straight in and out.

Before arriving, we’d booked and paid for a suite with an oven, a patio, and private underground parking. We’d brought food to cook, but at check-in they gave us a suite without any of those features. Communication had been great up to that point. We complained and got ignored, and the receptionist claimed the other suites didn’t have ovens either, which wasn’t true.

There’s a bar and dinner menu in the pleasant lounge, and the new apartments are very nice. The ski room opens straight onto the slopes, so getting out to ski is easy. We also found the price reasonable.
