Aquabella Hôtel & Spa

I spent four nights here recently and had a great experience. The rooms were lovely, and the staff were friendly and professional. They helped me a lot with taxis to and from places that were hard to reach. I was too busy to try the pool, spa, workout or dining facilities, but they all looked extensive and inviting. I'd definitely stay again.

The staff were lovely and very helpful, but the stay didn't match what I expected from the photos. For my first trip to Provence, I was looking forward to a charming boutique hotel surrounded by nature. Aquabella is instead in the old town, which felt a bit run-down. The room was small, dated and smelled moldy. Breakfast was included, but we chose to eat out because it didn't look inviting. The service was great, but the hotel missed the vibe I'd hoped for.

I was impressed by the restaurant, where the food was perfection, and the spa was amazing. After a long day exploring, the jacuzzi was very welcome. It was my first trip abroad, and this hotel, spa and restaurant didn't disappoint. Everything you need in Aix is within walking distance, and there's a bus if you want to go somewhere else. Highly recommend if you're in Aix-en-Provence!

We had the suite, and it was spotless. The bathroom felt like a spa, and the service was really accommodating. The pool was a relaxing place to hang out, with a bar nearby. By our second evening, the bartender already knew what we liked to drink. We’d happily recommend it.
