The food was great, the local wine was interesting, and the staff were friendly. From outside, it looks like a well-kept inn, but inside the decor gets pretty wild. We even had a fire hydrant in our bedroom, and the dining room air conditioning looked like an alien mothership.

The place is in the middle of nowhere, so it works well if your company decides you're staying here. My room was modern and nice, and there's a cozy lounge with billiards, poker, chess, and more. Dinner was delicious, just not enough for a proper meal. After I got food poisoning from a kebab, not from here, I ran out of towels. They wanted to charge me €80 after three days without towels, but one employee kindly waived it. Mostly an okay stay.

The room was much too hot, and I didn't like it. The staff were so kind, though, and I loved both dinner and the wonderful breakfast.

The staff are super friendly, and the restaurant serves a delicious menu de jour. It's a fabulous boutique hotel on the A75. We'll definitely come back.

The garden is delightful, and there's a little pool to cool off in summer. The staff are really welcoming, and the food is great. I recommend the local Aubrac meat if you enjoy meat, and the cheese board has a good choice of local cheeses. There's plenty to do in the area, and you're close to one of the Camino Real trails.
