We were a family of four and had two adjoining air-conditioned rooms, one with a big shower and one with a bathtub. Both were spacious and very clean. The hotel is modern and newly built, within easy walking distance of the center of Alès. There's an elevator connection to the nearby public underground car park, and guests pay 8€ a day. Breakfast was plentiful and good, and the staff were kind and helpful. The reception stays open around the clock. With so many restaurants close by, it also makes a handy base for seeing the nearby Cevennes.

It felt like a home away from home, and I'll stay here again when I come back to see my family. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the food was great, and the cappuccinos were amazing. But what really stood out was the staff: every one of them was friendly, funny, kind, helpful, and caring. I was dealing with quite a lot at the time, and they were especially thoughtful. Thank you all so much!

The road noise kept me from sleeping, and the walls are so thin you can hear everything. The bed was uncomfortable enough that I could feel the springs, and I only got one thin towel for two people. We were promised a king bed but got a double, and the room itself was bare. Honestly, I would have slept better in the car. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Stay away.

The rooms were really nice and clean. Breakfast was the letdown: even though we paid for it, there were hardly any eggs left each morning, and the juice had run out.
