Sandrine and her team, including Frank, were wonderful, and the owner is super friendly. The rooms are very large and clean, with big beds and gorgeous views of la Méditerranée. There’s parking on site, and the hotel is in Algajola, close to lots of nice restaurants and a wonderful sandy beach. We came from the United States to this northwest corner of “la Balagne” in Corsica, and this is a place not to miss. Five stars all around. CF

The tasteful decor gives the hotel an elegant, welcoming feel, and the breakfast was excellent, especially the banana bread. Its location is magnificent, a great spot for enjoying the exceptional Lake Graubünden setting. I stayed for a week at the Stella Mare Hotel in Agajola. From the moment we arrived, the whole team was outstanding: professional, friendly, and attentive. They also helped us book activities and restaurants. I highly recommend it and would happily return.

A small, family-run hotel with only a few rooms and quality service. We got a really warm welcome and helpful advice. Its spot in the heart of Alcajola is ideal, and the hotel breakfast was excellent.

The rooms were spotless, and so was the rest of the hotel. We felt relaxed and very well looked after, thanks to an exceptionally courteous, helpful, cheerful team, including the owner. We rarely meet staff like that. Special thanks to Frank and Katja at reception for their tips, the taxi ride, and the other recommendations. Best wishes, Sabine and Max. The hotel is beautiful, with a sea view, and the little train station right below makes it easy to get to the cities.
