The staff made this the best customer service experience I’ve had. They were patient, polite, always smiling, and clearly wanted to help with whatever we needed. They even kept callers on hold while they finished sorting out our problems. That kind of concierge care in a regular hotel is worth the stay by itself. The hotel is also in a hard-to-beat spot in the old town, close to restaurants, the tourist center, bus and train stations, and the sights. Our beds were good, and the hotel felt pleasant and modern, though I wasn’t keen on the bathroom’s oddly yellow light. I’d definitely come back.

The staff were excellent, and breakfast has a great range to choose from. The hotel itself is comfortable and has a modern look. There’s a bar and meals on site, though I didn’t try either. Several very good restaurants are less than a ten-minute walk away.

We appreciated being allowed to check in early, and the room was comfortable, with a lovely balcony looking out toward the mountains and castle. It’s a great choice for a comfortable stay in Annecy. The parking they offered was the sticking point: an underground private garage around the corner that didn’t feel safe to me. I’d have preferred advice to use the public station parking across from the hotel.

We had a lovely stay, and the location beside Annecy’s main train and bus stations was very handy. The man who checked us in was welcoming and even upgraded our room. It was spacious, with a large bathroom, although the shower could use improvement. Check-in and checkout were easy, and the lake is about a 15-minute walk away.

We had a really enjoyable stay and thought it was good value. The hotel is right in the middle of Vieux Annecy, and I’m pretty sure we were upgraded to an excellent room. We’d stay again without hesitation. We didn’t have breakfast or use the bar much, but there were plenty of other options around us.
