We had a lovely time unwinding at the villa. The shady grounds were beautiful, and the host was very friendly. The house is spacious, practical, and well equipped, just right for a great holiday in the south. The charming terrace was a lovely spot to read or spend a pleasant evening with friends by the pizza oven. I’d happily come back.

The pool and its little jacuzzi area were lovely for relaxing. We also enjoyed the pizza oven, fire pit for evenings with friends, and small pétanque court. There’s everything you need for a great time. The owner was so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. You could tell he made an effort to help people feel comfortable. I had a wonderful time, and it was fantastic from start to finish. I’d highly recommend the place for unwinding, relaxing, or spending quality time with friends.

The owner was especially understanding, kind, and flexible when a health issue in our group meant we had to reschedule. He changed our reservation without charge. Thank you again! The villa has incredible amenities. We really enjoyed the fire pit, even in January, along with the foosball table and jacuzzi.

Several things inside the house were in poor condition. There was a very strange smell and taste to the tap water, several radiators had lost their thermostatic valves so we couldn't regulate the bedroom temperature, and the showers had problems with both water pressure and temperature control. The bathroom towels had traces of blood and rust. The cleanliness on arrival was appalling. After just an hour, the children's socks were filthy. That's unacceptable when cleaning is automatically included in the rental price. The exterior was neglected too. The children's playhouse was nearly collapsing, with long nails exposed, making it extremely dangerous and unacceptable as a play area. The pétanque court was a vacant lot. There was no smoke detector in the main room with the wood-burning stove. These detectors are mandatory, and we will be reporting this deficiency. The house is also infested with rodents. Beware of the many positive reviews about this house, which are clearly very suspicious. And finally, the owner is the very definition of a dishonest person. Naturally, I expect a response to my review denying all the points I've made. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
