We felt very welcome here, and the place is lovely: open space on a hillside, with nature all around and birds of prey circling overhead. The facilities were clean, and our dogs were welcome too. The owners have a warm, generous way about them. Even the water was a pleasant surprise, soft and mineral tasting. Thank you!

A warm greeting from the hosts, then a peaceful night with the whole site to ourselves. There are 16 very large pitches, with a choice of sun or shade. It's a great base for seeing the region, or a handy stop while crossing the hills. The sanitary facilities are simple but work well.

We had a magical late-night swim in the little pool beneath the stars. The campsite is beautifully kept and feels new, with an amazing view. It's run by a lovely Dutch couple, too.

The owners were helpful and friendly, and the setting is pretty, with trees around the campsite. The pitches sit on a large, open grassy area, though, so there's not much shade. The sanitary facilities are decent. You can hear the busy road behind the site.

Peaceful campsite, with a good grassy spot for pitching a tent. The facilities are basic, but clean, and the water was hot.
