We spent our Autumn Holiday here and loved the house. It was clean, beautifully restored and full of charm, with a perfect location. The hosts were very accommodating. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

I booked this cottage through Airbnb for a week in October 2019. There’s only one key, which is awkward if you’re renting a place for up to eight people. The cottage is quite dated, and although it could be charming, the decor really lacks taste. Sheets and towels either aren’t included or cost €10 per bed, which is a lot for this kind of rental. On top of that, there’s a €60 cleaning fee, yet guests still seem to be expected to leave everything perfectly clean. I also found cobwebs in the cottage, perhaps left by earlier guests who didn’t clean them up. I strongly advise against renting it.

We stayed in the cottage for four days in December, as four couples, and found it very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We could walk everywhere from its great location, and even with the cleaning fee, the cost was really reasonable for our group. The hosts gave us a very friendly welcome. We don’t understand the previous review. It doesn’t match our experience or the other Airbnb reviews. Everything was perfect, and we highly recommend the place. We hope to come back!
