I was sorry not to get to stay at the property, which looks truly beautiful in the photos, and I hope to visit as soon as I can. I'd booked for the first weekend in January, but my husband came down with a severe gastrointestinal virus the night before we were due to leave, so we had to cancel. The owners were incredibly kind and understanding about our situation, and helped us get a refund for the booking. It was wonderful to be treated with such kindness.

Apartment no. 4 on the second floor has a separate toilet and bathroom, and the bed and bath linens were excellent. The place was very clean, including all the kitchenware. There's a dining area with a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, and capsule coffee machine. The spacious room has air conditioning, a double bed screened off from the living room by a curtain, and a TV and comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. It's in an Alsatian-style building in a very quiet courtyard with parking. Check-in was easy and self-contained. The host was very kind and helpful, and ready to answer questions before our stay.

The owner was available, and the accommodation was clean and functional. We rented the apartment for one night for four people, including two children. It's in a lovely little village, with parking right below.

The apartment was generally fine, but several things weren't working properly. The faucets had issues, the sofa mattress was too soft, and there wasn't a toaster for the morning.

We stayed five nights at Les Deux Cigognes and were happy with our choice. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well equipped, and parking was available. The town was quiet and peaceful. The downside was losing the internet and TV connection. You get in through the main entrance, where lockboxes hold the keys. Call the manager for details or look at the message on Booking.com. There's a bakery and a few wine shops nearby. For a quick evening meal, though, you'll need to drive.
