The pool was lovely, though it doesn't open until 11:00 am, which felt late. We had a wonderful breakfast, and the large rooms had been recently renovated, with a huge shower. There's private parking, and Chinon is just a few minutes away. A perfect place to stop on a Loire Valley tour, right among the sunflower fields.

I really liked the peaceful, secluded setting in a wooded area, about 10 minutes from Chinon. The typical regional houses have been beautifully renovated. We got a warm welcome, and the charcuterie and cheese board was high quality. Breakfast was excellent too. The room was comfortable, with simple furnishings.

The family's grandmother gave us a friendly welcome, and breakfast was simple but plentiful. Our room was clean and spacious, more like a suite, with comfortable bedding. With so much space, a table and chairs would be useful, along with a small fridge. The decor could use a major improvement, as the atmosphere feels cold and monastic. There's also no car charging outlet.

Everything was great, and the welcome was lovely. The place is clean, pretty, and well located. The beds are made, and there are individual soaps and shower gels. Breakfast is included, with fresh, tasty baguettes and pastries, homemade jams, and yogurts. The Wi-Fi signal is very weak, but that can be a plus if you want to enjoy the magnificent setting with family. Top!

We really recommend this peaceful place. The heated pool was superb and full of sunshine, and the Chinon wine tasting was delicious. We had a friendly welcome and some interesting conversations with the owner. It's both a gîte and a bed and breakfast.
