Hôtel Le 25

The location was very good, and although the room was small, it was clean and the bed comfortable. The air conditioning was really strong, but in the warm weather that wasn't bad. It was expensive, though.

The staff were fantastic, always greeting us warmly and taking such good care of us. They went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable and exceptional. We were impressed by the accessible room, with sockets, safe, hangers, and AC controls at the right height, wide doorways, and a bathroom that was well laid out and big enough for a shower chair. We're new to travelling with a disability, but accessible rooms often aren't truly accessible in other hotels. Hotel Le 25 deserves credit for having two accessible rooms despite its small size. We used to visit family in Andernos-les-Bains at least once a year, but a change in circumstances means we can no longer stay with them. We're glad we found this little gem. The hotel is new, tastefully decorated, and well equipped, and breakfast was perfect with lots of options. We look forward to returning and making this lovely place our second home in France.

The staff were friendly, the hotel was very modern, and breakfast was lovely. We had a very pleasant four-night stay. It's a 10-minute walk to Andernos, and I'll stay again next time I'm in the area!

The staff were the best, so helpful. Lovely hotel, and our room was quiet and really comfortable.
