Résidence Froehn

The church bell rings every 15 minutes from 6 to 22. You can still hear it with the windows shut, though it was bearable. The apartment has two floors and is clean and spacious for a family or group. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom, but no toilet. The main bedroom has one 140x200cm bed, which felt very small for two adults, and the children's room has two single beds. There was a washing machine and drying rack. Bring your own towels, though you can borrow some from the owner. Downstairs there's a kitchen, two dining tables, a sofa, TV, and toilet. The balcony looks out over the vineyard. Most kitchen supplies are there, but we couldn't find kitchen paper, salt, or pepper. I think those are basic things for a ferienwohnung. We had to buy a 1kg bag of salt at Lidl. We didn't ask, so perhaps they would have provided them. Hand soap in the toilet would also have been useful. Sometimes it took 2-3 flushes. There are garden activities including badminton, football, a trampoline, slide, swing, and bow and arrows. I'd recommend the apartment for three people at most, since the main bed is too small for a couple. With a toddler, having to go downstairs to use the toilet at night is inconvenient.
