Florence is a friendly host who clearly loves caring for both her guests and the house. The art deco building has been beautifully preserved inside and out, while the modern bedrooms fit its character. The furnishings and bedding are all high quality. Breakfast is good, with Florence’s home produced delicacies.

We were cycling from London to Bilbao and stopped at Florence's beautiful house for a rest day. She treated us like family, and by the time we left we felt truly relaxed and cared for. The room was amazing, with a balcony, and breakfast was a fantastic spread. I'd recommend staying with Florence to anyone visiting the lovely little city of Angers.

Breakfast was an amazing spread of local breads, cheeses, fruit, yogurts, and pastries. Our room had a lovely balcony to relax on, and the city centre is about a 15 minute walk away. La Maison de Florence is a beautiful place to stay, and our host was incredibly kind and helpful. It's a must-stay location in Angers!

Florence is a delightful host and makes the most delicious breakfast. The property is wonderful, with fabulous decor, and the rooms are very comfortable. The beds and pillows are top class. Exceptional in every respect!
