Logis Hôtel Angers Sud Rest. Henriette

The staff at the hotel were great, but my experience with the Logis hotel group was another story. I accidentally booked a room for the same date a month later than intended. Even after paying the hefty amount on the day, they still want €61 to cancel the booking I've already paid for. I won't book with them again.

The staff were wonderful, especially when I realized I'd booked a room with fewer beds than I expected. They brought extra blankets and didn't charge me. The rooms were comfortable, and there's a free dispenser for sparkling and flavored water. The setting is lovely, even if the location feels a little unusual. I really liked the place and would recommend it to tourists.

We found this to be great value for money, with a good breakfast and a clean, practical room. The bed was good quality, the small bathroom worked well, and there was air conditioning. Staff gave us a really warm welcome, and there was plenty of free parking. We didn't try the dinner menu. Getting to the center takes a bus or tram, with three different routes nearby. It's in a large industrial area, which seems handy if you're visiting for business. There's also a bakery and a restaurant a short walk away.

When the air conditioning stopped working, we were moved to another room right away, no fuss. Both the room and the service were lovely, and the staff were friendly and always willing to help. Breakfast was really good too, with fresh bread, good coffee, and fresh orange juice. For the price, it's one of the best stays we've had. Big compliment 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
