We felt secure leaving our bikes in the courtyard, and the access code had arrived by text the day before. The charming old mansion sits on a quiet side street right in central Angers. When we arrived at 6 pm, our key and room information were waiting in an envelope on the reception desk. We didn't meet our hostess until breakfast the next morning, but she and the other people there were very nice. Breakfast was generous and varied, with a newspaper to read. Probably the best meal of our 20 day vélo trip along the Loire.

The “Crémant” room was lovely for our stay, charming and practical, with a very quiet bathroom and comfortable bedding. It's right in the city center, close to Place du Ralliement. I highly recommend it. See you soon :)
