We came to visit the mushroom festival and found a delightful hidden gem in Annonay. Clémence and Loïc welcome guests into their home, where the French atmosphere, delicious food, caring hospitality, and engaging conversations make it easy to fall in love with the place. They accommodated vegan and vegetarian diets, too. We'd love to come back ❤️

We had a wonderful stay in Annonay. Clémence and Loïc met us by our car and welcomed us into their beautiful house with delicious coffee. Our suite, Marcel, had just been completed after the renovation. The room and the living and dining rooms are gorgeous, carefully restored spaces. We ate at their table on two evenings. Loïc is a great cook, and Clémence is a fantastic baker. They run the business with such attention to detail that you feel heavenly as a guest.

Clemence and Loic made us feel so well cared for, and we wish them continued success. The meal we shared was delicious, and the company was great. From the warm welcome by our car to departure, everything was first class. They showed us to a very spacious, clean, comfortable room, furnished to a high standard. Their hosting was superb. You can see how much they genuinely care about looking after guests. We couldn't fault our stay and recommend it without hesitation.

The two-week “Sejour gastronomique” gave me a flexible, personalized program, and cooking and pâtisserie are clearly the heart of the experience at “Stay and Cook” in Annonay. Loic and Clemence, a chef and a pâtissier, turned an old house into a charming Bed and Breakfast with four well-appointed rooms and a fully equipped kitchen. We cooked a variety of traditional French dishes each day and baked lovely desserts, with hands-on classes and outings to nearby farmers’ markets to pick fresh produce. The program also included Valrhona chocolate factory, a local winery for wine tasting, Valence city, and a guided hike in a Natural Park. Classes moved easily between French and English, and French lessons were added at my request. You can just rent a room with breakfast included, too. Mine was spacious, with plenty of closet space and a remarkably comfortable bed, facing a peaceful yard. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. My stay was exceptional. Loic and Clemence made me feel like part of their family, creating a warm, welcoming experience.
