This was our first time staying in a bed and breakfast, and we’ve just come back from Clos des Aulnes. Patricia and Jean-Jacques were so welcoming and helpful, with great suggestions for places to see and restaurants nearby. They even offered us an aperitif when we arrived. Breakfasts were homemade, generous, and varied, and the setting was relaxing. We highly recommend it! 🤗🤗🤗

Our room was upstairs in a typical Vosges style, and we had the whole floor to ourselves, so the creaky floorboards weren't an issue. The enormous bathroom was downstairs and a little far from the bedroom, but that didn't bother us. The house and grounds at Clos des Aulnes are very well kept, and the garden is superb and relaxing, with a lovely pool. The house sits a little outside Anould. The owners were very kind and gave us a warm welcome, including a welcome drink when we arrived. Breakfast was perfect. We had a wonderful time.

The house is surrounded by nature, and the location was ideal for a wonderful weekend. Patricia and Jean-Jaques gave us expert tips, which helped us enjoy some great visits. Thanks again for the lovely time with you, in your home and your region!

We enjoyed a relaxing spell in the spa, and breakfast was very good, with lots of homemade things like yogurt, apple juice, crepes, and jam. Since we were the only guests that weekend, we were upgraded to a higher room. The guesthouse has lots of charm, and we'll definitely return. The setting is peaceful and quiet, with a magnificent mountain view. We got a very warm welcome from the kind hosts, plus a welcome drink and excellent advice. A very pleasant stay.
