Getting to work in Sophia Antipolis and being close to the beach were my main reasons for choosing this hotel residence in Juan-les-Pins, and the location worked perfectly for both. My apartment had been recently renovated and was really comfortable. The staff were charming and always happy to help, and it's a great base for exploring the region. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back this summer with my family!

The reception team were happy to help with anything we needed, and we can definitely recommend the airport pick-up service. We stayed for two weeks in September. Our apartment was nicely furnished and very clean, with a view over town and out to sea from its upper floor. It's an excellent spot, just 100 metres from the beach and five minutes from the train station. Harris / Zubiller

It's an okay place, but the pictures on the advertising site don't match what you get. I found it overpriced, not very clean, and outdated. You have to do the cleaning yourself, or pay 60£. Also, make sure to bring toilet paper and dish soap.

A roomy, budget-friendly apartment hotel, close to the lively center of Juan les pins but far enough away to escape the night noise. A great compromise.
