The food is simple, but the seafood is fresh when it's in season, and the grilled fish and slow cooked lamb shank are generously served. The lamb had a dark crust and tender meat. At Club Plage Pereire, you eat right on the sand, with tables and loungers under parasols and a wide view of the boats along Pereire beach. It feels relaxed and barefoot, much more Atlantic than Riviera. On a busy summer evening, service keeps up with the flow without making the meal feel rushed. The setting is as much a part of the experience as the food, with the land and sea meeting along the horizon.
