The apartment was dirty, the furniture broken, and the items very old. The beds weren’t comfortable either. You have to make your own bed, put in the rubbish bag yourself, and the chairs were left on top of the table. All the while, it feels like you’re being threatened with fines for cleaning or missing items. The car park is outdoors and open to the street, so it doesn’t feel safe. All this for 80€/night for a one-bedroom apartment. AVOID AT ALL COST.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had, and Vacanceole still hasn’t responded to resolve the issue. I’m sorry an organization that says customer satisfaction matters treats its customers this way. I complained at the front desk that the room was wrong for three people and smelled bad. I also explained that my children were very upset. The receptionist understood and promised a refund, but offered no alternative. We didn’t use the room. That isn’t right, is it? Maybe it’s not much money to you and I’m just a customer, but I had to work hard to afford this vacation for my kids.

The apartment was dirty and rundown, with a broken sofa and two missing tables and a lamp. Showing it to friends was embarrassing. Maintenance was very poor, and reception didn’t help us. We expect you to renovate the apartment at your expense.

The service wasn’t good, and the studio is very small for what it costs. The bed wasn’t really a bed, just a canapé.

There were stains on the walls, the cupboard doors were in bad shape, and some glasses, plates and cups were broken. The house was dirty. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.
