B&B HOTEL Annecy Argonay

We found this a very good stop on our drive to Spain. It’s close to the highway, the room was comfortable, and the staff were very kind. Parking is inside the grounds under CCTV, and the price for what you get is reasonable. We arrived after 8 PM, so there weren’t many places to eat nearby, though one restaurant stayed open until 10:30. Breakfast was tasty, and it was handy to buy coffee from the vending machine. The multilingual self check-in was especially useful since we only speak German fluently. We’d happily stay here again. Thanks for a nice visit.

A big bravo to all the staff. The hotel was full, but we didn’t hear any noise from other guests. I also liked that the rooms have no carpet. Being able to buy ready-made meals and eat them on site is a great idea, though the coffee machine wasn’t working. My only regret is that there was no food planned for people avoiding gluten and/or lactose.

Set in an industrial area with little traffic, it was peaceful at night, and there’s a large car park out front. The rooms are clean and fairly modern, though a little small. It worked well for one night. Breakfast was good, but a bit more variety would have been welcome.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean, but it felt expensive for what you get. The room wasn’t especially nice, and the bed was really small. After a shower, the bathroom ends up like a pool. Breakfast was okay, except the powdered scrambled eggs tasted horrendous.
