Laura at the front desk made the difference during our stay at Hotel Pinus in Arles. She took such good care of my in-laws, making sure they felt welcome and supported, and even arranged flowers for them. Every request was handled with patience and real kindness. Her warmth and professionalism made for the best hotel service I’ve had in ages. Highly recommend.

We got drenched at dinner. It started raining while we were sitting on the lovely town square, and unlike the other restaurants, this one had no parasols. Booking was odd too: the site first said there was no space, then confirmed us an hour later, but the place wasn’t even half full when we arrived. The garlic-heavy pasta was watery and soggy, and there was so much of it that I couldn’t taste the truffles. It tasted like nasty prechopped garlic from a jar. The website boasts about a fancy chef, but I cook better at home. Avoid. We went for dinner while the hotel was under renovation.

I stopped in for a drink and the staff were so welcoming, even giving me a tour. Grand hôtel Nord Pinus is beautifully decorated with a vintage feel, and the prices are very reasonable.

The dessert was a lovely finish to a great meal. Every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented, and the cozy setting came with warm, welcoming service. Fantastic restaurant, highly recommend.
