The new owners were very nice and helpful. This lovely house is a beautiful mansion from 1899, with a lovely room in a very French style. The beds were great, and breakfast was nice.

Natalie served a generous, delicious breakfast and helped us sort out local arrangements, including a taxi to Avignon tgv that we needed to catch on time. The mansion is beautiful and right in the center of Arles. Our room was huge, cheerful, and comfortable, with a large, fully modernized bathroom, a terrace, two sinks, and an enormous shower.

Nathalie was flexible with our check-in time and had some great recommendations. She also arranged a massage at the hotel for me, and it was out of this world. The room was beautiful, with a large balcony, and the bed was very comfortable. We slept well despite being right in the town center, where everything was within walking distance. Breakfast was lovely, and the on-site parking was very handy. Nathalie was the perfect hostess. Maison Douce is simply wonderful, and I highly recommend it. Thank you!

Breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruit, all kinds of bread and jams, and even homemade pie. Nathalie was a great host and gave us really useful suggestions for places to visit. It's a lovely, charming hotel in central Arles with a lovely terrace, and a great place to get a taste of Southern France.
