Logis Hôtel Noemys Pont de l’Etoile

The pool and outdoor area were kept in great shape, and our daughters happily spent the whole day swimming. The place itself was quiet and peaceful, with convenient access to the main roads, but there isn't much nearby and you'll need a car. Aubagne is about a 10-15 minute drive, and the only restaurant within walking distance of the hotel was closed. Breakfast was good, but we were disappointed it wasn't included. At 11 euros per adult, having it every day was expensive. We skipped the restaurant because the menu seemed limited for our children's tastes and pricey. The staff were lovely, welcoming and very helpful. Our rooms were fairly clean, but small and very hot at night because the air conditioning didn't work well. My daughters' room smelled strongly of damp, too. With no balconies, there wasn't an easy place to dry wet swimsuits and towels.

The food was fresh and nicely prepared, and the rooms were spacious. The hotel was very nice, and we loved the clean swimming pool.

The rooms are snug, which was my one real quibble, but they had good equipment, cozy decor and modern bathrooms. Mine looked out towards the hills, a lovely sight to wake up to. Staff were friendly and spoke a reasonable amount of English. Good value in a splendid setting, and otherwise an excellent hotel.

Dinner was perfect, and the service was, too. Everything about this hotel was just right.
