Pause détente à L'Escale d'Aubagne

Serge and Audette have made this fully independent studio very comfortable and thoughtfully equipped. If you like to cook, it has everything, even a food processor. The bathroom is pleasant and practical, the king-size bed is very comfortable, and the outdoor space is lovely, with a proper BBQ. Just watch your head on the low ceiling beam, though Serge has thoughtfully covered it with foam padding. The one small hassle is parking, as sometimes you need to wait a bit to find a space. L'Escale d'Aubagne has a cozy, modern, welcoming feel and is ideally placed for outdoor or cultural outings: close to the Calanques National Park, 45 minutes from Aix-en-Provence, and at the gateway to the Sainte-Baume Natural Park. We had a very comfortable stay for two. Thanks again to Serge for the warm welcome and helpful advice. We didn’t get to meet Audette, but you can feel the care she puts into decorating the studio. We’ll certainly come back to explore more of this beautiful region.

Serge and Odette were lovely, attentive hosts, always available to help. They gave us a carefully put together booklet of useful information about activities. The place was pleasant and very well equipped, and the air conditioning was especially appreciated. We loved the comfortable bed, the roomy shower, the well-equipped kitchen, and the lovely terrace. Before we even arrived, Serge had already shared lots of information about what was happening in the region. Then we found a cozy little haven, beautifully decorated, well equipped, and meticulously maintained. L'Escale d'Aubagne was a wonderful chance to meet Serge and Odette. What else can I say?
