We went for lunch with our little kids on 30th July, and it was a terrible experience. The food wasn't good or authentic, and I saw the same problems at the other tables too. We couldn't get juice, so we asked for cocktails, but the waitress didn't know how to make them. Then the starters and mains we ordered were replaced with different dishes, each time with the excuse that our choices were no longer available. We weren't told this while ordering, and the waitress didn't apologize when she brought the substitutes. It came across as rude and completely unprofessional. I don't understand all the good reviews. Maybe we were just unlucky that day, or the staff need changing. I don't recommend this place.

The price was quite cheap for France, and the whole visit was great. The food was great too, and the customer service was amazing. I mentioned something I liked, and the cook made me a dessert especially for me.

The service was so warm and friendly, and the food was fantastic. I especially enjoyed the really tasty Congolese specialities.
