Gîte Les Bourdettes

Even gloomy weather couldn't spoil our four days here. The village is charming, the setting magnificent, and the decor elegant and tasteful. The cottage was remarkably clean and exceptionally equipped to a quality we've never seen before, from the bedroom and bathroom to the kitchen and the terrace overlooking the Garonne River. It's easily the best cottage we've rented over the years anywhere in France. We'll recommend it to everyone we know. A huge thank you for the warm welcome.

It was so comfortable that it felt like staying with my grandparents. The host was kind and welcoming, and the cottage had everything we could need, including books, games and all the necessary equipment. The terrace is splendid, and the pétanque court is delightful. I sincerely recommend it!

Host Francis is very friendly and quick to respond. The gîte feels like a real home rather than a holiday rental, with comfort and equipment well beyond the usual standard. It was recently built and well insulated. Even with 33 degrees Celsius outside, the air conditioning worked perfectly and it was pleasantly warm inside. There's a lovely terrace and a large garden overlooking the Garonne River. It's conveniently located on the edge of Auvillar, with a supermarket and bakery within walking distance.

The cottage is a little gem in a magnificent region. It felt like home, thanks to the tasteful decor, and the amenities were top-notch. The owner was very pleasant and took great care of us. We had an excellent stay and you can book without hesitation.
