I had a pleasant six-night stay. The room was good, the bed was nice, and the shower was good too. The staff were welcoming and helpful. They even gave me a WhatsApp number to use if I needed to communicate anything.

The hotel's location is amazing. The only drawback is that there's no elevator, so carrying luggage up can be difficult if your room is on a higher floor.

Nothing looked clean, and the decor was poor.

I had to cancel because of a rail strike, so I never stayed here. The customer service was excellent, though, and they sent a full refund straight away after I cancelled.
