The location is great, right in the Place d'Horologe, with a quick walk to the Palais des Papes, both the actual palace and the large underground parking lot of the same name. The updated rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was okay, with the usual baked goods, bread, ham, cheese, yogurt, and so on. The bacon was good, while the scrambled eggs were the institutional crumbly kind. There's an elevator to the upper floors, but a few steps to get to it. Our room had a bathtub and shower combo with high tub sides, so there are pros and cons for mobility.

The room was fresh, new, a good size, and just right, and the bathroom was great too. The hotel sits on the main square, about 300 metres from the Palais. The staff were friendly, helpful, and happy to chat or share information, and breakfast was delicious. There wasn't loads of choice, but what they had was better than I expected. I don't need a swimming pool or whatever else earns a four star rating. This place exceeded my expectations, and I'll stay here again if I'm back in Avignon.

The room was small but really cozy and comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. Palais du Papes is just around the corner, with plenty of good places to eat right outside on place de L’Horlage. Shopping is close by too, and you can walk to the Pont. The hotel was updated and impeccably clean, and had everything I wanted for my stay. I'm so glad we picked it.

I loved the room and the view, and the hotel is only a short walk from the train station. Graziella was so kind and helped me out a lot before I arrived. If I come back to Avignon, I'll definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!

The front desk staff were wonderful, so welcoming and ready to help with questions or anything else. That really made my stay comfortable and memorable. The hotel is in a lovely square, right by the Palace of the Popes, and the train station is about a 10-15 minute walk away.
