The balcony view is amazing, and there's a ski storage area. The male staff were really friendly, though some of the women staff weren't. For a 4* hotel, the rooms feel very basic. There's no kettle, coffee or tea setup, bottled water, minibar, or telephone for room service. Actually, there isn't any room service. Check-in is at 5:00 pm and checkout at 10:00 am, with no flexibility, which is awkward if you arrive early or need a later checkout. You have to reserve for the restaurant, and there are no takeouts. Without a reservation, you could be left hungry for your stay, especially in a snow blizzard. The cafe/bar serves drinks only, no food. And the fire alarm kept ringing at night.
