I've been to Paul & Val’s place several times, and everything has impressed me from the moment I walk in. The restaurant sits among beautiful mountain views, and the terrace is just as lovely as the inside. The covers are spotless, the glasses sparkle and invite you in, and the cutlery is good quality. You get the sense right away that it'll be a really enjoyable evening. Inside, the decor and layout are beautiful, showing how much the owners care about their standards. You see that in the food and fine wines, too. Once you're settled, they bring out a series of fresh, tempting amuse bouchée. I've tried several menu items and the food is superb, with so much to choose from that it's hard to decide what to have next. The desserts are just as tasty, and everything is beautifully presented. The staff bring it to the table; they're professional, friendly and helpful. I can't recommend Quatre Saisons enough. The hosts and team work hard to make the whole experience special. Thank you!
