8/10
The beds were very comfortable, and the hotel was clean, well appointed, and exactly as described. It’s not luxurious, but good value for what it costs. The staff were attentive. Since the bar and restaurant were closed during the off-season, we had to walk to a local restaurant. I was especially impressed by the cleaning staff, who found the tech I’d left in my room and sent it back to me in the UK free of charge!

The view from our room was astounding, and the breakfast was delicious. Staff were very nice, and the rooms were spacious and spotless.

Even though our booking had been confirmed, they had given the room to someone else. They didn't seem interested in helping us sort it out. The service was very poor.

The hotel in luchon was nice, though breakfast didn't have much to offer...
