Huttopia Baie du Mont Saint Michel

We only stayed briefly, but the location and facilities were fantastic. The fresh pizzas were delicious, and you could taste the quality of the ingredients, even if they weren't the cheapest. I used to work in hotels, so I know how demanding hospitality can be, and I hope the campsite owners recognize how hard Mitch and Ana work. I may have the names slightly wrong. The young managers seemed to be everywhere: at the pool, in the restaurant fixing a coffee machine issue, and helping other guests. Ana was so polite, spoke perfect English and French, and quickly sorted out an administrative mistake with our reservation. Both of them impressed us. The staff were patient and helpful even when dealing with some rude customers. I can't recommend this campsite highly enough. I wish I could give it more than five stars.

Our first French campsite stay got off to a perfect start thanks to the Huttopia team, who gave us such a warm, friendly welcome. They were happy to help with anything. The setting is lovely, and Mont Saint-Michel is within cycling distance. First class.

We only stopped for two nights while travelling, but I’d happily stay longer. There’s a relaxed feel to the place, plenty of room to walk the dog, spotless washrooms, and lovely facilities. The staff gave us a warm welcome, and we had tasty pizza on Saturday night. It was a real treat. Many thanks.

The kids had a great time in the pool, and it’s a good campsite for fishing. Being close to St Malo is handy for the ferry. We’ll definitely come back.
