Notre Dame des Monts

We had a wedding planned for more than 100 people, but two months beforehand this man emailed to say he might not be able to cater it, then never contacted us again. We were left to sort everything out ourselves, and our children lost a huge amount of money. This is a complete scam. He is dishonest and has no empathy. Shameful. Avoid him at all costs.

I booked a room to attend a relative's wedding that had been planned for a long time. The event was suddenly canceled, and despite what had been agreed when I booked, no refund was offered. There was no clear information or follow-up, and emails and calls went unanswered, leaving people in total uncertainty. For a place that is supposed to host important events like weddings, this is unacceptable. I'm deeply shocked by the establishment's lack of honesty and professionalism. Avoid it at all costs, for an event or even a simple stay. I wouldn't trust these unscrupulous people with my money.

The owner takes bookings they can't fulfill, cashes the check, then disappears and stops responding. You'll never see your money again. If you're planning a wedding and need a reception venue, run away, you fools, as they say. It's outrageous. Don't risk ruining your event and going through all that stress and heartbreak.

Be warned, this person is in receivership and won't answer calls, texts, or emails. A friend recommended them to me before finding out she'd also been caught up in questionable practices: checks cashed quickly, then silence when it was time to deliver what was promised. The wedding was canceled, the hotel room wasn't refunded, and commitments couldn't be honored. Be extremely cautious.
